Washing & Care Instructions
Wash your TALII towels with similar colours in cold water. Never wash with terry cloth towels. Do not use fabric softener. Do not bleach. Dryer safe.Warning:Deep colours may bleed on the initial wash - wash in a full load of dark clothing.
How many can I wash at once?
I provide all my pool guests with a TALII. That leaves me with all the Laundry. I put 10 bath sheets and 7 bath towels in one load and they were dry in 39 minutes. I kid you not!!
Can I use fabric softener?
You should not use fabric softener as the fabric softner will clog up the wick in the fabric and compromise absorbency.
Can I use bleach?
No.
Do TaLii Towels stain easily?
My daughter uses waterproof mascara and dries her Face with her TALII, leaving two eyelash mascara stains on every towel she uses. It comes out every time, without the use of any stain remover.
Do I wash them with my terry towels?
No. You should wash them with your jeans. You really shouldn’t wash anything with terry towels because the cotton causes pilling (balls) on your other laundry items.
Does the colour noticeably fade?
I’ve been washing mine for four years and mine are still in pristine condition with the color remaining just as bright and just as soft.
Will TALII Towels Bleed?
We always suggest washing TALII towels with like colours just as you would a new pair of cotton jeans or a new Red sweat shirt.
All TALII products come with laundry instruction attached.
Reds and blues may bleed, so be careful with new towels around light colours. It’s the nature of the dying process.
After a few washes, the colour bleeding should stop.
Do not soak them in a tub! That’s not going to work!! The dye will continue to bleed. Put them in a load with LIKE colors.
Wash the blues in with blacks. Give them a nice wash. The wash / rinse cycle in combination with them beating around with other clothing will help rid of excess color.
Same with RED. Wash with your black load or your dark blues. Those colors are darker than red. Wash YELLOW with whites
Shipping
What exclusions apply to free shipping?
Some locations have abnormally high shipping rates. In these cases we will contact you for an alternative address or regarding additional costs however we reserve the right to cancel the order.
The following provinces are exempt from free shipping: New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Saskatchewan.
Delivery
When placing your order please use an address that you feel is safest for receiving.
If your package goes missing after it has left TALII you will have to reach out to the courier and submit a claim. They will track your package and arrange for compensation if they feel they are at fault
I shipped to the US but ordered from a Canadian location, why was I billed in USD?
If an order is placed to a US location, it is subject to the US currency exchange. The delivery address overrides the country of purchase.
How long will my order take ?
If there is laser on your order allow for 3 extra days.
We usually pack up your order the day it is received if it’s prior to noon
It may go out as quickly as that day at 4:00 pm

Once your order has left TALII Headquarters and has been registered/scanned and in the hands of The Shipping company , it is no longer the responsibility Of TALII Towels Inc. Please contact the delivery company directly.
Shipping is non refundable.
How do you ship ?

- Flat rate shipping of $14.99 for ALL order $100 and under.
- We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please do not enter a P.O. Box address
How long does shipping take?
- We typically process the order within 1-3 days and shipping should take anywhere for 1-5 Business days to arrive depending on location.
- We provide a tracking number for all order once it has shipped.
Which Shipping Carrier do you use?
- We use UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
TALII Towels are considered to be a personal hygiene product; therefore, it is our policy that they are nonrefundable. Our clients have to be in complete confidence that they are not receiving products that have been previously purchased and returned.
TALII Totes subject to 25% restocking fee in case of a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customization
What type of customization do you offer?
Up until 2017 we offered custom embroidery in our many colours. Many clients disapproved of the interfacing/stabilizer that was visual on the backside of the towel. Our solution to this was moving forward with a state of the art laser application. Names and imaged will appear to be 7 shades darker than the pantone of the towel.
Will the laser appear the same on all of my order(s)?
Although we attempt to ensure the same size images, this would be dependent on too many factors to guarantee that any 2 custom towels would be identical.
Can you Laser on all colours?
Because the laser is 7 shades darker than the colour of the towel, we cannot laser on white. Please contact us for other customization options.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we periodically release coupon codes for deals.
Do you offer Bulk or Wholesale pricing?
We do offer wholesale pricing on bulk orders. There is a minimum order amount to qualify. Please email info@talii.ca for wholesale information.
